With reference to my telegram of the 8th June last and your reply thereto of the 21st idem, I have the honour to transmit for the signification of Her Majesty's pleasure the following Ordinance entitled:- "An Ordinance to continue the Hong-Kong and Shanghai Bank Ordinance, 1899." No.17 of 1899.
The customary Report by the Attorney General is annexed.
